SIX Swiss Exchange-Sponsored Investment Funds

Admission to trading in the SIX Swiss Exchange-Sponsored Investment Fund segment.

The trading segment SIX Swiss Exchange-Sponsored Investment Funds allows SIX Swiss Exchange participants (sponsoring securities dealers) to admit investment funds of domestic or foreign issuers approved by the Swiss Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange electronic platform. Furthermore, the sponsor undertakes to fulfil obligations relating to reporting and maintaining the listing and to ensure market making. The sponsor or market maker acts exclusively as the counterparty; the issuer of the investment fund is not itself involved.

Admission to trading in the SIX Swiss Exchange-Sponsored Investment Fund segment is therefore not a listing as defined in the Listing Rules. Exchange-Traded Funds (ETF), Exchange-Traded Structured Funds (ETSF) and real estate funds are not admitted to this segment.
