7.1 Principle 1 The Exchange levies a fee on all on-exchange, on-order-book trades. This includes the reporting fee and is payable per trade and participant. The fee is defined individually for each trading segment. The applicable rates are set out in the relevant Annex to this Directive. 2 The fee comprises a transaction fee and an ad valorem fee.
