15.1.2.2 Exception for the SIX Swiss Exchange Liquidnet Service (SLS) 1 The provisions of Clause 15.1.1 para. 1 and 15.1.1 para. 2 shall apply by analogy to off-order-book trades conducted via the SIX Swiss Exchange Liquidnet Service (SLS). 2 The "Over the Exchange Services" Directive governs whether or not the identity of the counterparty is disclosed to the participants involved in the trade.
