23 Binding nature 1 With their admission, the participant shall expressly acknowledge the Rule Book and the Exchange's other regulatory provisions and agree to be bound by them. 2 In the event of any incongruent, the German version of the Rule Book and the Directives takes precedence over any and all other language versions.
