The prospectus schemes constitute the Annex to the Listing Rules.
Several prospectus schemes have been drawn up for the various kinds of products and issuers
that can be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The schemes are devised as user-friendly checklists and are
intended to make it easier to edit listing prospectuses.
