Regular Reporting Obligations

Since 23 November 2009, the CONNEXOR® Reporting platform is at issuers' disposal to assist them in the fulfilment of their reporting obligations. During a transition period, issuers are free to decide whether to send their reports using the new reporting platform or instead to forward them to SIX Exchange Regulation as previously by , fax (+41 58 499 2933) or online form. Should any technical problem arise with CONNEXOR® Reporting, the reports are to be sent to SIX Exchange Regulation in the traditional manner. Whatever the case, any deadlines stipulated in Circular No. 1, Annex 1, must be met.

Free Float

CONNEXOR® Reporting is not yet available for the transmission of reports concerning the free float and shareholder structure of companies whose registered offices are outside of Switzerland (Point 6.1 Circular No. 1, Annex 1). To fulfil this reporting obligation, please use only the following form:
