The new Listing Rules that came into force as of 1 July 2009 offer issuers
of equity securities the option of publishing their listing notices in electronic form by making
them available at a centralised and publicly accessible site
(Art. 38 Listing Rules).

Debt securities
The obligation to submit listing notices as part of the listing procedure for debt securities was
cancelled as of 1 January 2009. SIX Exchange Regulation will nonetheless continue to make its website available
to issuers wishing to post such notices.
