The publication of listing notices in connection with the listing of bonds and derivatives ceased to be
a regulatory requirement as of 1 January 2009.
Issuers are nonetheless free to continue publishing such notices voluntarily in connection with the issue
or listing of bonds or derivatives. The SIX Exchange Regulation website thus remains available to issuers for
this purpose.
Naturally, the option of publishing documents electronically as described in point
2.8 of Scheme E[pdf] and point
3.5 of Scheme F[pdf] remains available, provided the
individual product terms provide for publication on either the SIX Swiss Exchange or SIX Exchange Regulation website.
