New rules or rule changes, individual decisions,
explanations and fundamental changes in practice with regard to
individual provisions are published in the form of
Regulatory Board and SIX Exchange Regulation Communiqués.
The Communiqués are classified in
chronological order from 1998, as well as
by subject. Communiqués which are no longer valid remain available under section
"Archive".
The possibility exists to register oneself to the
"Service for Regulatory Board Communiqués"
free of charge, in order to get informed forthwith of the publication of new Regulatory Board Communiqués.
