Reporting Free Float of primary listed foreign issuers

The information you have provided will be used for the calculation of the free float factor. The free float is a component which is used for index calculations. For a detailed description of free float calculations, see Point 2.4 of the SPI® Index Rules[pdf].

For a foreign-domiciled company to be accepted and remain in the indices of the SPI Family, the company must commit to fulfilling this reporting requirement as per Art. 55 Listing Rules in conjunction with Section 6.01 of Annex 1 to the Regulatory Board Circular No. 1.
