Surveillance & Enforcement monitors trading on SIX Swiss Exchange and Scoach Switzerland .
Participants are under obligation to comply with the rules and regulations of the exchange in question.
Trading Rules
The trading rules are laid down in particular in the Rule Book and in the Directives of SIX Swiss Exchange as well
as in the General Conditions and in the Directives of Scoach Switzerland (see
Participants).
In addition,
FINMA Circular 2008/38 on
rules of market behaviour must also be observed in this context.
Trader registration
Under the Rule Book of SIX Swiss Exchange and the General Conditions of Scoach Switzerland, trading participants must
ensure that all persons who have access to the exchange system are registered with SIX Swiss Exchange. Details are
