calendar year were submitted to SIX Exchange Regulation on time. We look forward to the
continuation of this positive cooperation for the 2011 calendar year.
According to
Section 17 Rule Book of SIX Swiss Exchange respectively to
Section 16 Rule Book[pdf]
of Scoach Switzerland, participants of SIX Swiss Exchange and Scoach Switzerland are obliged to submit
an annual audit report from their external auditors to SIX Exchange Regulation, Enforcement & Compliance
department. This report must cover compliance with selected provisions laid down by the rules and
regulations of SIX Swiss Exchange and/or Scoach Switzerland.
The requirements that must be met when conducting audit work, as well as further explanations, can be
found in the "Guidelines: Audit of Participants".
There are two different audit programmes - one for even and one for uneven calendar years. The audit
programme which applies in any given calendar year will be published on the Internet by 30 June of
that year.
Participants who wish to commission the internal audit department to conduct the audit for
the 2011 calendar year according to Clause 17 para. 1 of the SIX Swiss Exchange Rule Book / Clause 16
para. 1 of the Scoach Switzerland Rule Book must submit a written request to SIX Exchange Regulation
by 30 September 2011 at the latest, including the required documents (for further information,

The audit report for the 2011 calendar year must be submitted to SIX Exchange Regulation no later
than 31 March 2012.
