Via the database, you can search for the amount of shares of Swiss companies listed on SIX Swiss Exchange.
The information on this database is provided by the issuers, which have to report changes regarding
the share capital or the amount of shares to SIX Swiss Exchange (see
Circular No. 1). For this reason it is possible that the
amount of shares according to the Commercial Register will only be updated on this database with a
certain delay. In any case, the thresholds according to Art. 20 Stock Exchange Act are to be calculated
on the basis of the total voting rights according to the entry in the Commercial Register.
