As an autonomous division within SIX Group, SIX Exchange Regulation is responsible for
the enforcement of the issuer and participant regulation in accordance with the applicable stock
exchange laws with regard to the Stock Exchanges SIX Swiss Exchange, Scoach Switzerland and Eurex.
