of SIX Swiss Exchange respectively of
Scoach Switzerland
and the Directives of SIX Swiss Exchange and
Scoach Switzerland, the Sanction
Commission is the judicial body that imposes sanctions against participants, while the
Surveillance & Enforcement department is responsible for sanctions against traders.
Decisions that have become legally enforceable are
published on the
SIX Exchange Regulation website in an anonymous form. Furthermore the Sanction Commission may decide to
publish the sanction decisions against participants by name.
