4.4 Decision

¹ The decision of the Sanction Commission includes:

1. the names of the participating members of the Sanction Commission;
2. a presentation of the facts of the case;
3. the statement of the rules that have been violated;
4. the grounds;
5. the sanction
6. an indication that the sanction will be published;
7. the costs;
8. the means of legal redress;

² Decisions must be signed by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman, as well as one of the members or the Secretary.

³ The decision will be sent to the parties to the proceedings.

⁴ In arriving at its decision, the Sanction Commission is not bound by the sanction proposals submitted by the investigative bodies.
