4.2 New facts 1 The Sanction Commission will also admit facts and evidence which, at reasonable effort and expense, might have been put forward during the investigative phase. If such facts and evidence are submitted, the related additional effort may be taken into account in the calculation of costs. 2 If the Sanction Commission admits new facts or evidence, the other parties to the proceedings will be given the opportunity to state their position.
