2.6 Register of sanctions 1 SIX Exchange Regulation will keep a register of all sanctions that have become legally enforceable. 2 The register will not be open to public inspection. It will be kept by the investigative bodies. The Sanction Commission and Appeals Court have a right of inspection concerning the cases that are legally pending with them. 3 Third parties holding the appropriate legal rights will, should they enforce such rights, be provided with the relevant extract from the register. 4 A register entry will not be taken into account in the assessment of any subsequent sanctions if three years have elapsed since the previous sanction acquired legal force. The corresponding entries must be deleted once this period has expired.
