10.1.3 Upon listing of derivatives

In the case of derivatives that have first been provisionally admitted to trading in accordance with Arts. 31 et seq. Additional Rules Derivatives, invoicing of listing charges is effected at the time provisional admission to trading is granted. Such charges shall not be reimbursed in the event that no listing application is additionally lodged.

In the case of derivatives for which the issuer has purchased a package (Point 6.1), the charges are invoiced at the time of purchase.
