6.8 Flat charge Approval of a new issuer

In the case of the approval of an issuer that has not previously had any securities listed on SIX Swiss Exchange, a flat charge of CHF 10,000 is levied.

New issuers within the context of the List of Charges are those that have not had any securities listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange for longer than three years.
