9.1 Delisting

As a rule, no charge is levied for processing a delisting application for equity securities.

For processing a delisting application for derivatives or Exchange Traded Products that is not initiated based on an express provision of the applicable conditions, a flat charge of CHF 300 per derivative or ETP is levied. This charge will not exceed CHF 3,000.
