6 Publication and distribution of notices by SIX Exchange Regulation 11 SIX Exchange Regulation may process the reported data, as well as publish and further disseminate such data via the internet and other suitable media. In the case of reports which are submitted to SIX Exchange Regulation via Connexor Reporting, certain information is automatically notified to market participants or published.  12 Information which, at the time of its transmission to SIX Exchange Regulation, is still to be treated confidentially or the publication of which is to be deferred, must be clearly and obviously designated as such ("Confidential"/"Publication only after consultation", or similar). In addition, the date and time must be specified as of which the temporarily confidential information may be passed on to the market. In the absence of the aforementioned, SIX Exchange Regulation cannot ensure confidential treatment of the information. Connexor Reporting cannot be used in connection with the reporting obligations laid down in Annex 1 to this Circular if the following reports are to be treated initially as confidential:

Date of GMS;

Dividends;

Change of name.
