D. Conditions for maintaining listingArt. 19 Periodic reporting 1 The annual and interim financial statements must be drawn up in accordance with the financial reporting standards of the primary exchange and submitted to SIX Exchange Regulation.  2 In addition, confirmation from the primary exchange of the current number of listed equity securities must be submitted once a year. Art. 20 Disclosure of price-sensitive information 1 Facts arising in the issuer's area of activity that are potentially relevant to the price of the equity securities must be published in accordance with the regulations of the primary exchange.  2 The issuer must ensure that SIX Exchange Regulation and the primary exchange are supplied with the information at the same time. Art. 21 Information for investors in Switzerland 1 The issuer must ensure that all information that is published under the primary exchange's regulations is also made known to the Swiss investing public.  2 In addition to the annual data survey, as described in Art. 22, issuers also have a specific reporting obligation to SIX Exchange Regulation in the following cases:
- annual or interim financial statements in accordance with the financial reporting requirements of the primary exchange;
- change of name;
- change of registered office;
- capital reduction;
- dividend payments/anticipated ex-dividend date on the primary exchange.
 3 Reports must be submitted immediately upon publication by fax or e-mail, as per Annex 1. Each report must indicate the issuer and equity security concerned, as well as the name of the person submitting the report (responsible person, including telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address for any further enquiries). The notice must also clearly state what facts subject to the reporting obligation have occurred.
