2. Obligations with respect to listing Art. 110 Listing prospectus 1 The latest version of the prospectus authorised by FINMA is to be submitted as the listing prospectus described in Art. 27.  2 The following additional information must be included in the listing prospectus:
- security number/ISIN;
- trading currency;
- clearing agent;
- the form of the securities;
- where available, information on the net asset value (NAV) performance for the past three years;
- responsibility clause, as required by Scheme A, Point 4;
- declaration that the latest annual and semi-annual reports constitute an integral part of the listing prospectus.
 3 In the case of foreign collective investment schemes, the listing prospectus must contain the following information in addition to that required by Art. 110 para. 2:
- paying agent in Switzerland;
- primary exchange, if applicable.
Art. 111 Issuer declaration 1 Further to Art. 45, the issuer of a collective investment scheme must submit with its application a declaration that it consents to electronic publication of the information that must be reported in accordance with Art. 55.  2 In the case of foreign collective investment schemes that require a licence to be sold in or from Switzerland, the declaration required under Art. 45 must be made by the issuer or by its representative in Switzerland, as per Arts. 123 et seq.
