2. Obligations with respect to listing

Art. 89
Content of the listing prospectus

¹ The listing prospectus must contain the information prescribed in Scheme A. Scheme A constitutes an integral part of the Listing Rules.

² However, the information required under Scheme A with respect to the past is only to be provided if the issuer was actually in existence at the applicable points in time.
