Recognised stock exchanges are those which are a member of the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) or the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE).

International Bonds not listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange may take the form of:

  • Straight Bonds
  • Convertible Bonds
  • Exchangeable Bonds
  • Warrant bonds
  • Floating Rate Notes

The listing of International Bonds has been possible also on SIX Swiss Exchange since 1 February 2005. For details, see the Additional Rules Bonds or the page on the procedure for bonds.
