A separate segment called "International Bonds not listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange" has been
created for trading International Bonds not listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (see the
Rules International Bonds).
For the purposes of these rules, International Bonds not listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange are bonds issued by foreign
borrowers denominated in a currency other than the national currency. International Bonds not
listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange are listed on a foreign stock exchange recognised by the Regulatory Board and
are admitted to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
Recognised stock exchanges are those which are a member of the
Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) or the
World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) .
International Bonds not listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange may take the form of:
- Straight Bonds

Convertible Bonds
-
Exchangeable Bonds
-
Warrant bonds
- Floating Rate Notes
