Listing Procedure

An obligation to submit a listing application (or delisting application) exists for equity securities to be listed in connection with the following transactions.

The listing application must be:

  • submitted by a recognised representative pursuant to Art. 43 Listing Rules or by the issuer itself (formal listing of conditional capital/delisting);
  • in writing;
  • in German, French, Italian or English:
  • submitted at the latest 20 exchange days prior to the scheduled listing date or prior to the start of the book-building period.

The application must include a brief description of the securities and a request regarding the first scheduled trading day.

Under Art. 5 Directive Procedures Equity Securities, the issuer must submit a statement pursuant to Art. 45 Listing Rules in addition to the required annexes to the application. If it is not possible to fulfil certain listing requirements, the application must contain a request for an exception, stating reasons.
